1 Terms and Conditions

MIKELEESCO FASHION DESIGNER PTY LTD is a clothing store specializing in high-quality bespoke and ready-to-wear apparel including wedding dresses, suits, dinner and evening wear, kids outfits and general apparel. All orders are subject to telephone verification to confirm measurements, colour and order details. Production only commences after verification and successful payment. Orders are delivered within 5 to 30 working days after payment verification.

2 Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via Visa and Mastercard with 3D Secure 2.0, Instant EFT, PayFast and Ozow, and Manual EFT or Bank Deposit using your Order Number as reference. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Visa and Mastercard logos are displayed at secure checkout. International cards are accepted.

3 Payment Terms

Payment must be completed in full before production begins. For manual EFT please allow 24 to 48 hours for clearance.

4 Return / Exchange / Refund Policy – CPA Compliant and Legal in South Africa

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Custom-made garments such as wedding dresses and tailored suits are made to your specific measurements and are exempt from cooling-off as per CPA Section 20(2)(a). They cannot be returned for change of mind.

• Standard non-custom items may be exchanged within 7 days if unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
• You may cancel your order within 3 working days of payment for a full refund less a 10 percent administration fee.
• After 3 working days production has commenced and no refund is possible for change of mind.
• If goods are defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund within 6 months as per CPA Section 56.

5 Merchant Domicile

The company is domiciled in South Africa.
Physical Address: 35 Rifle Range Road, Ridgeway, Johannesburg, 2091.
All transactions are processed through South African banking infrastructure.

6 Privacy Policy – POPIA Compliant

We collect only what is needed for order fulfilment: name, surname, phone number, email address, shipping address, garment size, colour, quantity and order number.

7 Security Policy

Our website is secured with SSL encryption HTTPS. All Visa and Mastercard transactions are protected by 3D Secure 2.0 authentication. All transactions are monitored for fraud prevention. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders. Card details are never stored.

8 Export and Shipping

We ship locally within South Africa, regionally within African Countries, and internationally worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their home country.

9 Disclosure of Outlet Country at Time of Payment

At checkout and on your payment confirmation receipt you will see the total amount paid in ZAR, the merchant name MIKELEESCO FASHION DESIGNER PTY LTD, the transaction date and time, and the merchant outlet country South Africa.
